Yes. South Carolina requires a valid, current cosmetology, barbering, or applicable beauty-industry license to operate independently. You'll be asked to provide proof of your license as part of the leasing application.
Every suite includes your styling station or treatment room, access to wash and blow-dry areas, on-site laundry, common area upkeep, Wi-Fi, utilities, and secured 24/7 access. See the full list on our Amenities page.
We offer flexible options, from month-to-month to longer-term leases with preferred rates. Our leasing coordinator can walk you through current terms and pricing during your tour.
Yes. While core equipment (chairs, stations, wash bowls) is already installed, you're welcome to personalize your suite with your own décor, signage and branding within our facility guidelines.

No — as an independent professional, you manage your own client relationships, bookings and payments. Mahjeta provides the space and facility; your business stays entirely yours.
Touring is always free. Any application or deposit fees will be clearly explained before you commit to a lease — nothing is charged without your knowledge.
